wonderful hotel in an amazing location in the outskirts of castel di sangro, really enjoyed this place. the staff was brilliantly friendly when we had questions. the superior double room suited us: it had an electronic key card, a multi-channel tv, and a study table. the service was excellent, the breakfast was sensational. furthermore, free wi-fi throughout the property worked almost perfectly. location: the property was close enough to a stadium, the restaurant, and roccaraso.

Overall it was spacious and spotless, with a private bathroom. Location: the hotel was so close to a stadium as well as the outskirts of the village.
There was a uncomfortable bed.

The location ant sarroundings.
Some minor maintenance in miscalleneous equipment of rooms, would result in significant improvement of the overall impression.

rooms were so clean! staff kind and helpful
far from ski slopes, food average, no hotel shuttle to different ski locations, just to one location!

The friendly and very helpful staff, couldn't do enough to please, nothing was ever a problem , very child friendly.Calm and professional atmosphere from all staff. Extremely well run and organised. The ski bus was excellent and very much needed with good flexibility of times to and from the ski resort
Availability of bar food as an alternative to eating in the restaurant each night would be an added advantage. English families don't eat as late as the italians and so an early supper could be offered in the bar, there is a large area of tables and chairs for this. Hotel a long way from shops and restaurants if want an alternative to hotel restaurant for dinner.Approx 40 min walk.

Very close to Rocarasso. Evening activities, which are very well attended by the hotel guests. Excellent breakfast. In-house bar, so we were able to order drinks just by walking downstairs. Parking situation was ideal - within the hotel grounds, all in plain sight of the entrance, and plentiful. The wi-fi Internet access worked great
We were not aware that the pool was only for adults 18 and older. We selected this hotel specifically because of the pool and expected to take our kids swimming, but were disappointed to find out we could not. The room was good enough, but definitely nothing fancy, our impression was more like 'this will do'. The TV was tiny, and sat on such a low surface that we didn't even bother trying to watch it.

The room here was spacious, clean, and the hypoallergenic pillows made for a great night's sleep; plus, the bathroom having a bidet was a nice touch.

The reception staff were friendly and the ski bus driver was very helpful. The spa facilities were lovely, and the log fire was welcoming. The rooms were spacious.
The kids club went well on into the evening with children often running around unsupervised, and with loud music and activities which did nothing to create a relaxing stay. The restaurant only had a limited set menu each day, the food was basic and useless for anyone with dietary needs. This meant that it was necessary to find other places to eat and having to walk into the town (at least 3km) and back each night. Whilst there are lovely spa facilities on site, these would be have been very expensive to use throughout the stay.

I recently stayed at the Sport Village Hotel & Spa for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, even offering us a shuttle service since my mother couldn't walk. The room was clean and the food was good overall, though we did have to ask for vegetarian options a couple of nights. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym, which was perfect for my fitness needs. The shuttle service was convenient and allowed us to park our car and easily explore the area.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
